We are thrilled to announce that our first Qigong Happy Hour was a huge success! Due to the fantastic response, we will be hosting another session on Wednesday, July 31st, at 6 PM. Learn and practice Qigong movements that relieve stress, harmonize mood and build energy levels. By doing specific movements and breathing techniques, you can revitalize your body and mind. These simple techniques can help get out of chronic pain or just a feeling of stuckness. Each class will feature qigong movements, a bit of theory and classic meditations such as the inner smile meditation to explore and invigorate your body of energy.
